Vantage - Privacy Policy
Vantage is a travel companion app that shows you the trip your travel agency has prepared for you - documents, flights, maps and notes. This policy explains what personal data the app processes and why. The app is operated by PLANA Digital Ltd. ("we", "us").
What we collect
- Sign-in details: your email address and the trip code (reference) your agency gave you. We use these only to verify you and open your trip.
- Your trip content: the documents, flight details, map locations, weather and notes your agency adds to your trip. This is shown to you and cached on your device so it works offline.
- Push token: if you allow notifications, a device push token so we can alert you when a flight in your trip changes.
We do not use advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking in the app.
How we use it
- To let you sign in and view your trip.
- To notify you (by email and, if allowed, push) when your flight schedule changes.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on our infrastructure hosted in the European Union (Bulgaria). Trip documents are kept in encrypted object storage. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is used only to deliver push notifications to your device. It receives your device push token and the notification text; it does not receive your trip documents or other trip content.
Retention
We keep your trip data while your trip is active and for a limited period afterwards so you can revisit it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact us at the address below.
